Photographs taken during enforcement

An enforcement photograph is not automatically unlawful. Images may identify goods, record condition or document attendance, while data-protection and proportionality duties still apply.

Ask what was photographed, why, who controls it, retention and recipients. Make a subject access request where appropriate; lawful redaction and retention may apply.

Complain to the company, creditor and, where appropriate, the ICO. Destruction, damages and disclosure are not automatic.
