Traffic and parking debt enforcement: key facts

Obtain the issuing authority, penalty number, warrant, address history and enforcement chronology. A witness statement or statutory declaration may apply on specified grounds.

A late filing normally needs an out-of-time form and may be refused. Filing does not guarantee cancellation; obtain written confirmation of enforcement status.
