Magistrates' court fine enforcement and collection orders

If you did not receive a collection order, ask the court for the order, case record, payment history, warrant and address used.

Absence from your records does not prove it was never served or that all enforcement and fees are void. Preserve address and delivery evidence.

An unknown case may require a statutory declaration; inability to pay may require a fines-officer or court process. A request does not itself stop the warrant.
