Challenging non-High Court enforcement fees

Statutory fees can be recovered through an enforcement company where the regulations permit. Limited-company status does not itself invalidate the demand.

Request the authority, itemised statement, dates, stages, payments and disbursement evidence. Apply the non-High Court scale and relevant transitional rules.

CPR 84.16 may provide assessment. Check the court, parties, evidence and costs risk. A complaint does not itself suspend enforcement.
