Reporting suspected criminal conduct during enforcement

Some enforcement disputes are civil or procedural; some conduct may disclose a criminal offence. Report the specific words, force, property, loss and evidence rather than making general allegations.

Use 999 only for immediate danger, violence or a crime in progress. Otherwise use 101 or online reporting. Preserve original video, photographs, documents and witness details.

A police decision does not determine a civil ownership, fee or validity dispute. A creditor complaint, court application or civil claim may still require separate action.
